Fun to work with, always driving for Excellence.
They really care about employees personal lives. Family and health always comes first, no questions asked.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Help facilitate cross-team communication more. Communicate the vision and strategy for long-term. Where is Tagboard in 5 years?
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Amazing health insurance, great work-life balance, and lots of PTO.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Having a clear path to compensation increase. What do I need to do and what do we need to do as a company to have a clear path to that? Can we make clear expectations?
What are some of the best things about your team?
Not only are they some of the hardest working, smartest people I've worked with, I also genuinely like them as people and consider them friends.

Getting to constantly innovate and drive innovation and new products. I get a lot of autonomy and freedom.
