What do you like best about the leadership team?
Very focused, encouraging and motivating
they include all staff in a monthly meeting and anyone can participate with questions, they are friendly and approachable
they are always supportive and take the time to listen and followup with good solutions to work problems

the people are very productive and friendly making the work environment a friendly place to be. there is great team work making my workflow easier to manage

What are some of the best things about your team?
you can always ask questions but mainly you are allowed to work on your on doing routine work or work given to you for a specific reason
they are a great group of people always inspiring to help the work process move quickly and efficently

Motivating and inspiring . .
most of the staff is friendly and small you get to know your co-workers on a professional and personal basis

the professional approach all of the particpants had and they were more than willing to explain how the company work and willing to allow the person being interviewed to give a relaxed explanation of past experience

the work flow you can work at your own pace the stress is very minmal
