im very happy with my position and the immediate and other department staff that i work with, i feel i am respected and recognized for my contribution. the office environment and space is comfortable and often a relaxed atmosphere

the work flow you can work at your own pace the stress is very minmal

they include all staff in a monthly meeting and anyone can participate with questions, they are friendly and approachable

most of the staff is friendly and small you get to know your co-workers on a professional and personal basis

you can always ask questions but mainly you are allowed to work on your on doing routine work or work given to you for a specific reason
What did you like most about the interview process?
the professional approach all of the particpants had and they were more than willing to explain how the company work and willing to allow the person being interviewed to give a relaxed explanation of past experience
