Veterans United Home Loans Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

The best part of the compensation package is the free gym memberships and 401K matching.

We have good benefits. Besides the regular benefits, veterans United gives us a lot of extra bonuses into our 401(k) which I really appreciate.

This health insurance is superior to my previous employer

I love the free gym membership

Including my family in the package.

They genuinely want to help you find the best benefits that work for you. I have a huge selection of providers and vacation days rollover

Older hires pay structure allows them to make double or more than what you ever will, for doing the exact same job.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Usually always on the tail-end of market ranges

benefits really are a farce
