What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture at Veterans United Home Loans is a culture of care. The employees truly care about the success of their peers and support their personal and professional goals. The company has a concierge desk that allows employees to send appreciation and care gifts to their fellow employees.
Everyone encourage each other to stay positive regardless of how incredibly stressed out we are. It helps but it doesn't make up for the fact that we are given way too much work and the pace is way too fast. I'm one of the best at my job but I can't do this forever. It's just too much.
The snacks that are available if you are needing a pick me up
We work as a family, not as coworkers
Its a fun place to work, we work hard and play hard.
It's very nurturing. People look after each other, the benefits are good, there's free food all the time, relaxation rooms and free massages
