What's the work from home policy like at Vectorworks?
It depends on your seniority and circumstances but generally with enough lead time if you have a valid reason they will let you work from home. Some people work from home because they live far away. Managers often work remotely a day or two as well.
How does Vectorworks handle HR issues?
It's largely up to you to try to resolve things. You can try to go to HR or your manager for help but it really is anyone's guess how that will end up. I think it depends on what the issue is and your relationship with your manager, the department, and HR, ultimately. Most people I've talked to just stay quiet and unhappy if they have an HR issue to be perfectly honest.
