Many of my coworkers have a deep, cultural passive-aggressive nature and aren't emotionally equipped to handle direct conversations or to be disagreed with. This causes people who are assertive to be perceived as blunt, harsh, unfeeling and unkind.
They are great to work with but we are going through a Pandamic.

Communication is key. Simply responding to an email goes a long way towards letting the sending know the message has been received. We have far too many people at the company that are either overworked in that they simply can't respond or they don't respond because we're working remotely or other.

In ICS, there seems to be lack of support from upper level management to achieve the desired structure. The plan seems to be to execute this from the bottom up when it should be the other way around.
