What are some of the best things about your team?Able to pitch in and help each other. Culture isn't selfish or competitive, we act like a team, succeed like a team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?Willingness to talk about business truths and struggles. The business has changed so much with this leadership team and it's clear they are working hard to transform the company.
What is the best part about your compensation package?The best part is time off.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?In ICS, there seems to be lack of support from upper level management to achieve the desired structure. The plan seems to be to execute this from the bottom up when it should be the other way around.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?My salary is low compared to the industry standard and after talking to others within the company about their salaries I know that I am being underpaid even within the company.
