What do you like best about the leadership team?Their overall transparency when it comes to the workings of the organization at the executive level.
What is the best part about your compensation package?We have really good health benefits and my salary is lower than industry standard but still competitive.
What makes you most happy at work?The team I work with and the opportunity I get to help develop them into outstanding professionals is a joy.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Overall communication can always be improved. And the need to be in alignment on organizational goals and priorities can be a challenge.
