What is the best part about your compensation package?

Retirement and healthcare are competitive.

Fairly standard comp package. Although, salaries are low compared to marketplace average per position.

Yearly hikes are good, Bonus are added advantage

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Accommodations for disabilities, official recognition for contributions, official job titles for jobs outside one's job description

I feel as though i do more work than i am comenserated for. Some areas are lacking in the area of staffing as most places are at this time, but those responsibiliteies for open positions seem to fall on those who are working and it is not equally reflected in our pay checks.

Pay seems to be lower than competitors and recognition for hard work could be improved.
