How employees describe working at Clearesult
Recent leadership changes have many customer service positions requiring specialized training to interact with strangers feel like entry-level ones in which they're entirely disposable.
My experience with this company has been by far the best experience to date. In every aspect, it exceeds any other company I've ever worked for.
Great. CLR has been a positive experience in my life
There seems to be a ton of upperlevel praise for achievements but zero credit to more localized teams within the company.
Good for the most part. The pay is competitive and team managers are great. I wish they would have backed the employees who fought against a forced mandate but they didn't. They drug their feet until the last minute which in turn gave employees very little time to make a decision.

How's the work life balance at CLEAResult Consulting?
Reasonable and negotiable. Again, results are the driver and as long as those are being achieved the work life balance is reasonable. When results are not met, the worknlife balance does tilt towards the work side which is to be expected.
5/10
What are you most excited about working at CLEAResult Consulting?
Top Employee Response
Nothing, leaderships lack of direction and seeming under appreciation of people's skill sets lead to a very underwhelming work environment.
CLEAResult is a high risk high reward environment and clear market leader with highly performing staff and Quick decisionmaking. It is great to work for the unquestioned market leader but it does come with high expectations. I enjoy working in a high energy environment where the sky’s the limit
How much diversity is there among employees at CLEAResult Consulting?
Diversity reflects the office in which CLEAReault operates. The Chicago office has a lot of ethnic diversity; the Portland office where I work much less so

Easy - expect technical questions if you're an engineer.
If you could make changes, how would you improve the culture at Clearesult?
Build a proposition for what you offer your employees beyond a paycheck, and then live it. The EE space, when not properly protected by an engaged corporate culture, can leave employees feeling as though they're participating in a scheme to defraud rate payers. You've got to actively combat that.
What do people at Clearesult think about the CEO? What do they do well and what can they improve?
Many thought that the incoming CEO was a sign of an impending sale and/or attempt to build towards an IPO. Neither seem to be in the cards for the immediate future.
What part of Clearesult's business is growing fastest? What part is having difficulties?
Their business is not growing quickly - they are pursuing Demand Response work, but not having the easiest time cracking into the market. The business environment is healthy - all of the difficulties facing CLEAResult are due to underinvestment in technological capabilities and a relatively poor M&A integration process.
