I think the company is better than a lot of my other employers. They do a lot for their employees including company wide events, team events, small raffles, and they even do things like pass out mini pies on national pie day! However, I do believe their pay is a little skewed.

The fastest is the product side with billing. Residential side is having a rough time specifically the Philly location.
If you could make changes, how would you improve the culture at Ecova?
Get rid of the toxic mid level managers who bully. Half the people have no clue what they are doing and have role entitlement issues.

It was pretty bad. They expect you to work extreme hours and shame you if you have an outside life.
