Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I feel as though i do more work than i am comenserated for. Some areas are lacking in the area of staffing as most places are at this time, but those responsibiliteies for open positions seem to fall on those who are working and it is not equally reflected in our pay checks.
