What is the best part about your compensation package?
PTO time. But only because I've been around so long I've earned it.
Retirement and healthcare are competitive.
Fairly standard comp package. Although, salaries are low compared to marketplace average per position.
Yearly hikes are good, Bonus are added advantage

With COVID I have little interaction with my company. I work in the field and deal with various customers. Getting to help them solve some of there problems is a positive vibe for me.
