What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Hire experienced and good India manager. Please don't bring manager from construction companies and NGos.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Not sure if I am paid fairly. Would like to see more info on salary ranges for positions.
We are treating like labor
Way understaffed. Work too many hours and weekends and have no social life.

Hire more people to allows to reduce stress and work less weekends.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
They need to hire more people and retain the workers they have who support customers.
Not enough staff and many clients demand that we work on weekends, so we work 6 to 7 days/week with no comp-time.
