Our VP and Director for Digital are great. They really go to bat for us.
Theyre real people and are transparent with everything
They are real people, and behave that way. Friendly and supportive and they appreciate you. Out loud!
Approachable and communicate company goals well
Communication Company wide is great. However, leader down to leader down to worker, not so good. Needs work.
The communication and Town Hall meetings they provide.
Leadership is constantly evolving. The organization is constantly changing and appointing new leaders to various positions. The company is growing.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Hire experienced and good India manager. Please don't bring manager from construction companies and NGos.
