What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership needs major improvements across all facets. Very top heavy structure, yet I never had anyone to look to for guidance or direction. Lack of understanding about how to support any level of technical development or support issue resolution.
Leadership here is terrible. Most selfish group of individuals who are extremely unapproachable and do not care about helping employees grow.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
less than market price not
After leaving this company I took a 200% salary increase and get to do what I love without the brutal treatment of my leadership constantly making fun of me.
Underpaid and under appreciated. They pay way below the industry standards and don’t account for cost of living.

They do great at getting new business but don’t properly staff projects and show employees that their hard work is appreciared
