What skills do you need to be successful in the Design department at MIT Lincoln Lab?
Really the most important skill is communicating with engineers. Making their messages as simple as possible. Oh and everyone uses powerpoint here. 80% of your work will be powerpoint so that needs to be ok with you.
What do you like best about the leadership team at MIT Lincoln Lab?
Management isn't great overall since most are engineers that don't have management training.
What is the best part about your compensation package at MIT Lincoln Lab?
