It's a fairly flat leadership structure overall
Management isn't great overall since most are engineers that don't have management training.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Time off and sick time
Time off with holidays is generous.
The pay and free medical/dental/vision coverage.
I am support staff which isn't the best but I get much better benefits than most graphic designers.

Everyone really cares about what they're working on
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Accountability for poor leadership skills and behavior. More time and effort put into leadership being there to support staff, not staff being there to plump up leadership
