What do you like best about the leadership team?
It's a fairly flat leadership structure overall
Management isn't great overall since most are engineers that don't have management training.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Time off and sick time
Time off with holidays is generous.
The pay and free medical/dental/vision coverage.
I am support staff which isn't the best but I get much better benefits than most graphic designers.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is really wonderful to work with
Friendly, competent, supportive, and helpful

Everyone really cares about what they're working on
What makes you most happy at work?
Getting to work on cool programs
Flexibility in our work life balance
