What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are always willing to listen and look for feedback from the team before executing a plan. All plans we make involve different departments so we can have a good perspective from all angles.
They are very open honest and fair. they work hard and play hard

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Private health insurance with 90% coverage and the extension of it to my family.
Awesome benefits, I work Mon-Fri. I'm off on Holidays and it's GREAT!

What are some of the best things about your team?
We are proactive, we try to focus on the solutions more than on the problems. We listen to each other and support each other when needed. We are a family.
We address any negativity head on and work through problems as a team.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company gives you the opportunity to grow and to learn new things. We do have our role, but we can take on many different projects if we feel that it will bring value to the company and our teams.

What did you like most about the interview process?
The General manager is involved in every final interview. They show how important each new hiring is, by having them carefully selected.
I think that it's very easy. Even when the candidates don't have access to computer, we allow them to take assessments here in our office.

I have heard feedback from candidates about our interview process in the past. They said that in comparison to other agencies we ask more about what they are truly targeting and care. I feel that our process really does allow us to fully engage.
