What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Long term succession planning, and providing vision, goals, career paths and personal feedback to struggling, as well as performing members. Basically just adapt the tone in an already great company !
Fair pay to females. Fair workload for males and females that are in the same position. Respect to employees.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Performance based. Effort gets rewarded.

The original person I interviewed with who was my first boss was great. He made it fun to come into work each day.
