What makes you most happy at work?I love seeing my students learn. Even though I work extremely early hours, I love seeing the smile on my students' faces and getting to watch them grow.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Since I am a contracted employee, I receive no benefits. But, the pay is fair for the amount of work that I do. I just don't like that you do not receive the monthly bonuses if you have an emergency that requires last minute class cancellations.
