How much and how often do raises happen at Emerald?
Raises happen very infrequently maybe once a year however I know there is one person who had worked there for over 20 years and hadn't had a raise in 14 years despite the increase in his job responsibilities. The amount is anywhere from 25 cents to a dollar an hour usually.

It's a very relaxed atmosphere which is nice and the benefits are great but the pay is low a and there is little to no opportunities for advancement.
