What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Pretty much everything, just start over.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Incredibly great marketing, terrific performance!

Based on the time involved (including late nights), it's just not worth it.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
As the company culture is toxic, I believe they need some serious hard work to change it.

Tired to deal with chatty dummies. Also is everybody was doing the job, that would be much better.
