Open to change for operational efficiency.
They are humble yet very competant
I like that there is room to move around in the company and grow as an individual and a employee
He's always available to assist wth any issues or problems.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Better training, understanding, and knowledge.
Communicating. Work balance. Technologically behind at with PAR system. Organizing and following JCO. But the people you work with, great!
Honesty, integrity, appropriate expectations, stop gaslighting and harassment
Organizational communication and the value of the employees
Communicate better with teams they there for us when we're short staffed

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Equality in pay and compensation.
the "cost of living" raise never matches the ACTUAL cost of living and we are paid below average wages

What are some of the best things about your team?
Teamwork, transparency, able to voice opinions
Co workers are very nice
We communicate amongst each other on how to best serve our floors and not over work ourselves.
Good team work. A "we are in this together" attitude.
The team cares about the patients and provide excellent care.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Communication and focusing on patient care while on the job (instead of personal life focus while on the job).

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
More efficient and longer onboard training, get rid of toxic administrators, do not allow harassment in the workplace.
Focus on patient outcomes instead of satisfaction scores
Do not be so strict. Stop micromanaging everything. Everything can't be controlled. Stop with mandatory flex days, it's insulting.

The interview process was smooth

The people I work with and seeing patients improve. Meaningful work.

By Listening to their employees safety concerns
People aren't attending home visits and are leaving patients to care for themselves.
needs new management and wage reduction
Stop focusing on patient satisfaction and start focusing on patient outcomes
I've had the worst experience. They look out for their own interests only and are very insensitive and have been condescending.
