Open to change for operational efficiency.

They are humble yet very competant

I like that there is room to move around in the company and grow as an individual and a employee

He's always available to assist wth any issues or problems.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Better training, understanding, and knowledge.

Communicating. Work balance. Technologically behind at with PAR system. Organizing and following JCO. But the people you work with, great!

Honesty, integrity, appropriate expectations, stop gaslighting and harassment

Organizational communication and the value of the employees

Communicate better with teams they there for us when we're short staffed
