What are some of the best things about your team?
I highly respect members of the team who express compassion for clients and demonstrate commitment to their treatment. I do not respect any who express / demonstrate the opposite.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
More skilled people, decrease turnover, actually be innovative in terms of becoming skilled at trauma-informed work, anti-bias work, etc., like other agencies in the area do.
