    I highly respect my direct supervisor, for her caring and empathy, both for staff and for our clients.

    I highly respect members of the team who express compassion for clients and demonstrate commitment to their treatment. I do not respect any who express / demonstrate the opposite.

    I highly enjoy serving the clients, and feeling that I am making some positive difference in their lives.

    The agency gives a maximum of six paid holidays per year (reached after three years of continuous employment). PTO was recently reduced for staff members who have worked the longest. Fee-for-service staff are not paid for mandatory team meetings or training sessions.
  • What needs to change to make the company culture better?
    The agency needs to improve treatment and compensation of quality, dedicated staff.
