What is the best part about your compensation package?
It comes as at when due.. you don't have to beg or pray for it. And we are given what we deserve
Officers receive salary, bonus and stock as part of the compensation package. They are well paid relative to their education level.
Volunteer time off (VTO) is a great way to give back to the community while not missing out on paid days

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe first Bank can do well with the payment of salaries for SE's that will make me happy.
They should be review of salaries at the end of every quarter or twice a year
Most IT and accounts spors pay 10% more
