Cost of living doesn't stay up to date with wages. They pinch pennies whenever possible and it's left to caregivers or nurses to pay to have gloves. Families get mad at caregiver when no one from the office calls back to address people not showing up for assigned shifts.

Health benefit is bad, part time doesnt get any benefits regardless how long you have worked wirh the company. Ranking up seem impossible

I feel undervalued because they kept lessening my rate of pay without telling me and I always have to correct it. also it is low pay for the work you put in
