Need better communication, you can never speak with them nor have them call you back.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would feel better if I was properly reimbursed for my expertise and time.
Cost of living doesn't stay up to date with wages. They pinch pennies whenever possible and it's left to caregivers or nurses to pay to have gloves. Families get mad at caregiver when no one from the office calls back to address people not showing up for assigned shifts.
I was injured at work and this company absolutely doesnt care about the employees
A salary that is on par with the market
Health benefit is bad, part time doesnt get any benefits regardless how long you have worked wirh the company. Ranking up seem impossible
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Pay attention to kids while at work and stay off your phone

Fair hours and fair wages

People in the the business development manager positions need to change or go through extensive training to better execute their roles to make the company culture better.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Takes weeks to hear back after interview. You essentially have 3 interviews. Your manager, their manager, and then their boss. Interviewed with managers within a week and then waited a month + for their boss. It was very frustrating. Needs better communication.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Improve the benefit, simple as that, or you cant stop the high turn over rate

the managers are the worse collection I've ever seen. they gossip, play favorites, and play the blame game
