What do you like best about the leadership team?
In-store managers are supportive and encourage learning.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The director is lazy. He forces his roles on Manager and CSS's.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
As a part-time employee, I don't receive benefits.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Having actually help. Not being coaxed into working extra shifts or staying past my quit date because the Director doesnt want to hire more people to save his pockets and to have a great bonus for himself.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Team members work collaboratively and fill in when areas become busy.
We never had meetings when I was there.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Work etiquette. Common sense. Responsibility
communication is not a strong point
hard working, fast paced environment, fun!!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Gifts at christmas was probably the only positive thing.
Supervisors encourage collaboration and communication rather than allowing silos or subgroups to form and work against each other.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?

What did you like most about the interview process?
The supervisors who interviewed me and helped me through the on-boarding process were personable and friendly and put me at ease.
It was one on one with a manager in a quiet room. It's more personal.

the fast pace isn't for everyone, that's all I can really say.
