The work environment is great but it is getting a lytle heated because the paybisnt that great. We have new hires making more than some of the leads and people who have been there 3+ years

I leave work at work and dont bring it home with me.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
New hires are getting paid more than me and i have been there for 3 years. I have the highest level consultant and have had several "pay raises" but new hires are starting at what im getting paid.
