The 401K retirement plan which the company matches up to a certain percentage
What do you like best about the leadership team?
That they give feedback and provide coaching for quality when needed to improve quality scores
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The morale is down because the quality auditors are being extremely knit picking in regard to call details and not considerate of the customer's issue being resolved are helped. Also management does not communicate effectively on certain/specific news regarding correspondence sent to the members
