Company culture will not change without a change in top leadership
The employees that work harder and do more than the others are not compensated for that. Some people make more money and do nothing

The morale is down because the quality auditors are being extremely knit picking in regard to call details and not considerate of the customer's issue being resolved are helped. Also management does not communicate effectively on certain/specific news regarding correspondence sent to the members
