What do you like best about the leadership team?
Very good team, great products.
Flat structure gives instant visibility to US Leadership. Culture change in progress with new flex office and flex work policy.

Get over themselves and do what they say and say what they mean

There are plenty of options.
Big upside on bonus maximum
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If I knew the insane hours I would be force to put in I would have fought for better pay. Our insurance deductive is scary high.
Because i know its not as per Industry benchmark. It would help to be made aware how I am indexed v/s industry.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team is very engaged.
They seem to be genuinely decent people.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Its particular to the time and phase of the company as we have gone through a major global restructuring. Coworkers need to improve their time management and need to ensure discipline of respecting each others time.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Very fast paced company to work for.
Focus on output and 'winning'
Flat, Linear structure with exposure to Top leadership team.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Leadership. Rebuild the culture from the top down.

It is a very fair interview process.
