The pay is amazing but you will work for every penny.

Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP), or restricted stock unit (RSU) program, sign-on bonus, relocation stipend, paid health insurance, etc.
I have sought to be heard and to see the benefits that I can contribute to the company. however there is no interest
What are some of the best things about your team?
Efficiency and agility based on people instead of tasks
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Corporate culture and fight for there rights
listening carefully and that agreements are respected. But there is no motivation due to the working conditions, in this way I doubt that anything can be changed
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Technology driven company and people are intensely passionate

Ask technical questions. Bring interviewers that know exactly what is required.
when there are questions they are not answered or if they are asked no without concrete
What makes you most happy at work?
Worst retail company to work for. They turn and burn leaders with ridiculous expectations.
