I have sought to be heard and to see the benefits that I can contribute to the company. however there is no interest
Efficiency and agility based on people instead of tasks
Corporate culture and fight for there rights
listening carefully and that agreements are respected. But there is no motivation due to the working conditions, in this way I doubt that anything can be changed
