Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

Working at the HQ, you feel far from the product, without much power to make a change. The leadership feels very conservative. Not much is changing and actually, everything feels very outdated: the building, the culture, the onboarding material, the IT tools (e.g. company still uses Skype)
