Managers are rewarded with bonuses to fire workers. They easily become liars for higher salaries, extraordinary bonuses, status elite, and perks that include private jets and junkets. Heartbreaking.

Poorly. The Labor Employee Relations department is unresponsive and lazy. I thought HR was for the employees and not just a tool to be used by management?
