Small, but mighty. Use each other's time respectfully and thoughtfully. Creative, out-of-the-box thinkers. Devotion to the organization's mission. Fun and nice to be around.

Their transparency around decision making, willingness to take other's feedback into consideration, devotion to diversity, equity, and inclusion, and commitment to advancing healthcare above all else.
