Malcontents that are only looking out for their own interests. They don't have adequate training in management to be successful. They allow bullying to be persistent throughout the school.
More pay managament that does classes on management and handling people every year

Benefits are being slashed. The school is a vipers nest where management/leadership generously rewards themselves and leaving nothing for the workers.

hire competent people in the areas of need with experience.
