What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Acknowledging diversity and not to be flower to new ideas.
Malcontents that are only looking out for their own interests. They don't have adequate training in management to be successful. They allow bullying to be persistent throughout the school.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
More pay managament that does classes on management and handling people every year
I should be paid for teaching
Benefits are being slashed. The school is a vipers nest where management/leadership generously rewards themselves and leaving nothing for the workers.

New people more workers new supervisors
Bullies and malcontents need training.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Managers/Supervisors/Top Leadership should be trained.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
That they wouldn't lie to us when interviewing.

Bullied daily at work. Stop bullying at work. Train management.
