What is the best part about your compensation package?

Both 401K matching and pension plan means if you stay long term you will have a devent retirement basically no matter what.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

More market competitive at total compensation. Better PTO to make up for monetary lag in salary.

The ladder for promotions is unclear... you are compared against employees from widely different domains and not considered based on the contribution of your individual skillset.
