Communicating with their teams, listening to their needs and innovations.
Raises should be done more than annually if someone shows they deserve it. Toyota seems to be stingy when it comes to the team members level.
I've constantly poured effort and value into my work here, but the resulting 'merit increases' have at best been $0.25-&0.75 each year. I've worked here for many years and my hourly salary has barely increased by $2. I still rely on state welfare to feed my kids sometimes.
Toyota has, comparatively, the lowest salary range for auto-industry contract analysts in the nation. I barely make enough to survive, and it's always a struggle. Pay raises come twice a year. No stock options are offered. A better base salary would be a good start.
I can barely afford to feed and house my family on the salary that I make, and I have been here for more than 3 years. My quarterly raises are a joke - Toyota Financial is the lowest paying auto finance company in Arizona.
