Generally supportive and knowledgeable. Politics amongst divisions and leadership get in the way of progression. Diversity of thought has been reduced as like minded leadership has evolved and prevailed through like minded leader promotions.

Leadership seems a bit tone deaf and out of touch, honestly. The higher up you go the less likely you are to find relatability, and that unfortunately starts just above department level leadership.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Lease employee car and health benefits
Time off, car benefits, good medical coverage
Benefits were good. Nothing extra special but at least they had them.
Pension and 401K is top notch. Managerial staff have additional compensation opportunities.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Being Hybrid, one day a week in office, the environment was quiet for the most part
everyone is a go getter.
Generally Toyota is always trying to improve, and they usually make some amount of progress. The culture is pretty vibrant and diverse, though it could use more queer diversity and acceptance.
Rewards and recognition; incentives; celebration of little national days such as national cookie day, we all get cookies etc
Diverse culture, many friendships to be gained, amenities provided are generally helpful.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Good and asking experience and taking information about field works for processing
I was able to gather from all of my experiences to show my qualifications for the type of people they were looking for and not just whether or not i just had previous experience doing that particular job before
