Generally supportive and knowledgeable. Politics amongst divisions and leadership get in the way of progression. Diversity of thought has been reduced as like minded leadership has evolved and prevailed through like minded leader promotions.

Leadership seems a bit tone deaf and out of touch, honestly. The higher up you go the less likely you are to find relatability, and that unfortunately starts just above department level leadership.
