What's the work from home policy like at Pontoon Solutions?
Different offices have different standards. Our office allowed work from home after 6 months of employment.
1 day a week after 6 months of employment as long as you are meeting your SLA’s and goals.

Pontoon offers 1-hour trainings three times per week, with a wide variety of topics. It took me four months of attending 2-3 per week before I finally started to see repeats. Also, there's an active employee engagement program as well as a fitness incentive program to raise money for youth. They have a fitness center on site in Toledo.
