Great be place in to work I am love it

I am growing with Pontoon
They are open about transformation. They know not everything is perfect and continue to push for positive change in people and business development.
The transparency they provide, of course there is things they can not share but they share what they can with the entire team.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Diversity and inclusion as well as fair compensation.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We have bonus based on the collective goals including training hours. That's great !
We have allowance for health and wellness.
Yearly bonus for my performance
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I need to make at least a living wage, and Pontoon regularly denies that. They wrap up quarterly bonuses with a bow, but our need for that bonus is exploited regularly.
Benefits are miserable, compensation is usually much below the market.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We play collective, we try our best to reach the goal, to achieve the target
The team is kind enough and approachable to extend help or be asked for help if needed.
Helping each other, up-skilling, focus on achieving objectives.
Partnership, trust, competency and fun
always willing to jump in and help - its "we" before "I". You can go to almost anyone with a question and not feel like you will be sized up for asking.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They could be better trained to actually handle the necessities of the job, and they could be turned down for promotions when they can't do the job well enough to be over or train new team members.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The incredibly forced joy of interacting with people who they would otherwise never socialize with.
We help each other and we care about people
My teams have been known for developing thick skin against challenges and hence usually perform in difficult situations.
People who are building it are the Best part
great atmosphere - work hard, play hard. Events, lunches and team bondings.

What did you like most about the interview process?
They made me feel like a part of the team prior to joining.
That my immediate supervisor was well-informed about the position though it turned out they had no experience working the position and misled me to believe it would be more challenging and interactive.
