What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Diversity and inclusion as well as fair compensation.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The incredibly forced joy of interacting with people who they would otherwise never socialize with.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I need to make at least a living wage, and Pontoon regularly denies that. They wrap up quarterly bonuses with a bow, but our need for that bonus is exploited regularly.

What did you like most about the interview process?

That my immediate supervisor was well-informed about the position though it turned out they had no experience working the position and misled me to believe it would be more challenging and interactive.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

They could be better trained to actually handle the necessities of the job, and they could be turned down for promotions when they can't do the job well enough to be over or train new team members.
