What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Making fair decisions for the union and non union employees who are the ones who really keep the company running .
Making the VPs, Supervisors, Managers, Directors better at their jobs. Allow them to not be just a body in their positions and run their department. Put folks in position who actually know the jobs of the people the supervise. Not just "Yes" people.
Making better decisions and leading promoting others and not just their friends
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Lifetime medical benefit package after eligibility.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If I was treated and respected as a valued employee with excellent knowledge of my job. Respect my opinion and capabilities. Not hold me back to put more money in their pockets or down play talents because I can't be evaluated low because everyone in the department can not be "excellent"
I don't play their politics. I would feel better if I received raises in accordance with what I do and the load I carry
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most are Easy to work with
We get the job done!
My team of coworkers are easy to get along with and we work hard considering how overwhelming our load is.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The "worker" know their jobs even if they don't play the politics that upper management want them to play, like be "Yes" people. And we get along and know how to laugh and get our jobs done.
Most of the the coworker are friendly and fun
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Better supervisors and managers who really know and understand the jobs of the people they supervise and manage
What did you like most about the interview process?
At the time of my interview years ago, it was fair and easy and not about politics or personal. The interview included your experience
When I started it was great. The interview I had for a job within was like interviewing for the President of the U.S. And, there's not a job in this company that deep.
When I interviewed, it was an interview about my experience and where I could go in the company. Things didn't work out like that years later.

Better Work Environment. Updated and better cubicles and furniture and carpet.
