What is the best part about your compensation package?

I personally enjoy the commission/bonus structure as well as the 401K match. Recently we extended maternity/paternity leave as well, and included things like pet insurance. I don't opt into those benefits specifically, but I know my peers who have newborns and pets are really appreciative of those
